Tiptree Strawberry Jelly 340g

Strawberries are slowly brought to the boil, breaking down the fruit completely.

They are simmered gently, then transferred to our fruit press where they are squeezed slowly to release the delicious strawberry juice.

The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885.
